Whitt Israel
Co-Founder
Whitt earned an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has 10 years of healthcare sales experience working with both surgeons and administrators. He has successfully overseen five projects from concept to FDA approval at ICONN.
Geoffrey Connor, MD
Co-Founder
July 31, 1974 – April 28, 2021
Dr. Connor passed away on April 28, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He fought the disease for over three years with the same level of tenacity and positivity with which he approached everything in life, including founding ICONN. We are forever grateful for his vision and commitment which laid the foundation for our company. Dr. Connor was a skilled surgeon and an even better person, with a list of passions and accomplishments that would fill many lifetimes. As much as his guidance and ideas will be missed corporately, most of all we’ll miss our friend. Our goal is to continue to build a company that he would be proud to have founded.
In honor of Dr. Connor, every April we will donate a portion of sales to the following causes, which were close to his heart:

Brent Amburn
President, US Sales
Brent has over 25 years of business development experience working for two of the largest sports medicine device manufacturers in the world, Depuy Mitek and Arthrex. His roles have ranged from front line sales to distributor partner, to leading a team to Region of the Year on multiple occasions. Brent is an Ohio native and graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Administration and Sports Medicine. At ICONN, he will be responsible for all US based sales.
